Description

The Kiosks are manufactured from 2 mm Zintec sheet steel to BS6687-1986 (chromate washed substrate BS1449-2.5 microns)

The Kiosks are press formed and welded construction and are supported by the appropriate certification to IP55 of BS5490 to give excellent weather protection and good earth continuity and finished to the following paint specification:-

• De-grease and clean to remove surface dirt
• 1- coat of 2- pack etching primer
• Air dry for 1-hour
• 2- coats of pure polyester powder paint to give minimum dry film thickness of 50 microns
• Stove at 180 degrees for 15 minutes

The Finished color is dark green shade RAL 6005 textured type finish.

The kiosks are fitted with the following equipment as standard:-

•  2-kiosk lifting brackets (not applicable to smaller, non-standard kiosks. Unless requested)
•  14mm floor fixings
•  Door retaining stay(s) to hold door(s) open at 90 degrees
•  Flush 7 mm triangular door locks
•  Full height mounting rails at the rear of each section
•  Earthing points.
