The W3 Walk-In GRP Electric Kiosk is a large-capacity, double-door outdoor electrical enclosure designed for substations, switchgear, LV panels, metering systems and infrastructure installations requiring full internal access.
Manufactured in the UK from high-strength Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), this heavy-duty cabinet offers exceptional corrosion resistance, structural integrity and long-term durability in demanding outdoor environments.
The enclosure is rated IP55 for dust and water protection and is manufactured using fire-retardant resin compliant with BS476 Part 7 Class 2 (Surface Spread of Flame), ensuring enhanced fire resistance for electrical housing applications.
Double front access doors provide safe and convenient entry for installation and maintenance. Stainless steel hinges, a Yale-type cylinder locking system and full perimeter door seals ensure secure and weather-protected operation. An integrated roof overhang with rain-drip system enhances water runoff and weather performance.
