Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment payment is taken up to 14 days after the day you receive your goods.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items

Orders for bespoke or custom-manufactured items can only be cancelled if production has not yet begun.
Once manufacturing has started, these items are non-refundable unless they are faulty or not as described.


2. Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods for a refund, you must notify us by email before sending anything back.
We do not accept returns at our office. All returned goods must be sent directly to the manufacturer, and a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact us by email to request a return.

  2. We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number and provide the correct return address.

  3. From the date you receive your RAN, you have 14 days to send the goods back.

  4. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

  5. Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

  6. Do not send returns to our office address, as they will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Order Cancellation (before dispatch)

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund within 14 days of notifying us.

Returning Goods (after delivery)

If you are returning goods, your refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received back and inspected.

Refunds will cover:

  • The product price only

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
    (Unless the item is faulty or incorrect)


4. Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • In a resalable condition

We reserve the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.


5. Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within a reasonable time.
In these cases, return costs and remedies will follow your statutory rights.
